Estonian Hovawart Speciality Show (CAC)

Estonian Hovawart Club is organizing Estonian Hovawart Speciality Show (CAC) on 13th of September, 2025. The start time of the exhibition will be specified later.

The organizer has the right to change a judge if necessary.

Please send entry form, copy of the dog’s registration certificate, copies of the champion diplomas, FCI working class certificate as well as a copy of the payment receipt to e-mail: info@hovawart.ee

Upon bank transfer please mention dog’s registration number and name of the owner.

SHOW CLASSES

Baby Class: dogs aged 4 – 6 months. Unofficial, Best Baby of Breed is selected.

Puppy Class: dogs aged 6 – 9 months. Unofficial, Best Puppy of Breed is selected.

Junior Class: Junior Class: dogs aged 9 – 18 months. Competing for JUN CAC, Best Junior of Breed, and Best of Breed titles.

Youth Class: dogs aged 15-24 months. Competing for CAC, and Best of Breed titles.

Open Class: dogs aged over 15 months. Competing for CAC and Best of Breed titles.

Working Class: dogs aged over 15 months. Competing for CAC, and Best of Breed titles. To register, the dog must have passed the required working tests set by the FCI. A copy of the FCI working certificate must be attached to the registration application.

Champion Class: dogs aged over 15 months. Competing for CAC, and Best of Breed titles. The registration application must include a copy of the dog's champion diploma.

Veteran Class: dogs aged over 8 years. Competing for VET CAC, Best Veteran of Breed, and Best of Breed titles. 

Breeder's Class: Participating are 3-5 dogs from one breeder, from at least two different parent combinations, who have participated in this show and have not received a rating of "disqualified" or "not eligible to be judged" at this show. Best Breeder group will be selected.

Progeny Class: Participating is a sire or dam with 3-5 offspring from at least two different parent combinations. All offspring must have participated in this show and must not have received a rating of "disqualified" or "not eligible to be judged" at this show. Best Progeny group will be selected.

Brace Competition: Participating is a brace of one female and one male dog owned by the same owner. Dogs must have participated in this show and must not have received a rating of "disqualified" or "not eligible to be judged" at this show. Best Brace will be selected.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

The dog must be vaccinated in accordance with the requirements in force in the Republic of Estonia, and in addition against parvovirus, rabies, infectious hepatitis and canine distemper in accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical manufacturer and as stated in the veterinary passport.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is a drive-in show, meaning that dogs must arrive at the show venue 45 minutes before judging begins and may leave immediately after judging if the dog is not participating in the finals.
This is a public event where photography and filming may occur, and these images and videos may be made public. Show results are public and may be used for statistical and historical purposes. The data collected from participants during show registration will be used for organizational purposes.
